I was extremely lucky to be able to visit Orlando when I was a child and even more fortunate to be able to continue travelling out there with work and on my own holidays, but my last trip was something even more special as I saw and interacted with animals more than I had ever done before.
This is Griff the dolphin!
Sharron and I had some one-on-one time with her, and we learnt how she is cared for, what her behaviors are like and that she LOVES ice cubes!
We also spent time in the SeaWorld Rescue Centre – home of the animals that have been rescued from the wild and are being rehabilitated to go back.
Of course we saw all the presentations! And dined in the Sharks Underwater Grill & Bar.
A day in SeaWorld also means a day of thrill rides! Pipeline is Sharron’s favorite and I love Mako!
This park is full of wonder, fun and exciting rides.
