Halloween – OTT Trick or Treat

This is a fun, ‘week-long’ event from 28th October to 1st November to play ‘trick or treat’ on the courses. OTT can provide the ‘tricks’ whilst partners provide the treats. OTT is looking for one major prize sponsor to support a final prize draw for the ‘tricks’.

How does it work?

Simply provide a suitable ‘treat’ prize especially for this week. You might offer tickets to the show ‘Wicked’ or ‘Harry Potter and the cursed child’ or offer lunch at ‘Dans le Noir’ restaurant, where guests eat in the dark! Alternatively, you can offer standard vouchers or gifts over £50.

OTT will place a skeleton icon on your course to denote your participation. If an Agent has recently taken your course, but wishes to participate in the prize draw, OTT will provide a special form for them to fill out. Your course and company logo will be highlighted all week in various eshots, banners and social media posts.

On Halloween (31st Oct), your Account Manager will choose a winner (in conjunction with you if preferred).

On the same day, OTT will be announcing who has been allocated a trick task. Tricks will be a mix of tasks such as ‘do a good deed’, ‘donate to charity’, ‘pick up some rubbish in your street’ to redeem tickets to London Dungeon, the ‘Clink Prison Museum’ or ‘Old operating theatre’. Everyone participating in the tricks (as well as the treats) will be entered to win a nice prize.

We will give Agents two weeks to complete their ‘tricks’. Then we will announce the winner of the ‘trick or treats’ at a ‘Spooky Town Hall’ virtual meeting on 12th November. At this meeting we will play the headline sponsors promotional video, allow the sponsor to say a few words, hear what ‘tricks’ have been played and treats already experienced and then ‘spin the wheel’ to reveal the winning Agent.

We need a Headline sponsor for the Halloween campaign to provide a major prize (worth £500 to award one Travel Trade Professional at the ‘Trick or Treats Winners’ online meeting. If you can support this big prize, your logo will be added prominently to all promotional emails/ banners/ posts for the duration of Halloween week and in post promotional marketing.
